Bellevue drops Titans into third-place game

LAKEWOOD, Wash. — Andrew Squiers scored 17 points and Daniel Greer added 13 to lead Bellevue Community College to a 75-65 men’s basketball victory over Lane in the semifinals of the Pierce Holiday Tournament on Saturday night.

Tyler Coleman, a sophomore out of Marist High, led the Titans (2-1) with 28 points off the bench. Jeff Fields added 15 points a team-high seven rebounds, and Keynan Middleton had 11 points.

Lane will play Whatcom for third place at 1 p.m. today.
