LBCC’s 37-11 edge from foul line spells victory

ALBANY — Brady Brent scored 20 points and Adam Hastings added a double-double with 19 points and 12 rebounds to lead Linn-Benton to an 86-78 NWAACC men’s basketball victory over Lane Community College on Wednesday night.

Nick Lindsey led all scorers with 26 points for the Titans (6-8, 0-2 South Region), who lost their third straight game. Tyler Coleman added 21 points and seven assists, and Levi Stranberg had 12 points.

The Roadrunners’ big advantage came at the foul line, where they were 37-for-46 to just 11-for-15 for Lane.
