Austin Crowson-Burgess, left handed pitcher, 6-5, 185, Lane Community College, Monroe, Ore.
Crowson-Burgess is a big lanky left handed pitcher at 6-4 who went 6-1 with a 2.61 ERA his freshman year at LCC. Originally from the small town of Monroe, Ore. that has a high ceiling and great projection. In 44.2 innings as a freshman he struck out 45 batters.
Bruce on Crowson: "Austin is exactly what we were looking for in this class. He is a left-handed competitor who will be able to pitch for us right away. He has a three pitch mix and a good feel for pitching. We are very excited to see what he can do in a Wolf Pack uniform."
He joins Chiu Marcus, Joshua Prizina, Joshua Zamora, Kenneth Lebeau, Kyle Marino, Daniel Perry, Adam Kirk, Jacob Jackson, Tyler Bosetti and Bradley Norton who had earlier signed to play for the Pack in 2018.
