Pitching leads Titans to sweep of Cougars

Nic Coffman allowed just two hits over eight innings as Lane started an NWAACC baseball doubleheader sweep with a 9-1 victory over Clackamas on Tuesday.

Coffman (3-2) struck out four, and he also went 3-for-3 with a triple and drove in four runs while batting cleanup for the Titans (11-13, 7-5 South). Konner Reddick and Shaun Boehm, who doubled, also went 2-for-4 with an RBI.

In the second game, Keynan Middleton gave up two hits over six innings and struck out three in a 4-1 win. Boehm and Tylor DuMilieu each went 2-for-3 with an RBI, and Matt Taylor and Cody Chagnon had two hits each.
