LANE TITAN TWILIGHT

Lane Community College looks forward to hosting the Titan Twilight at the Titan Track and Field Complex. The facility features an Eight-Lane IAAF full-pour Beynon/Atlas surface (BSS 2000). The International (IAAF) dimensions apply to all field events as well. Additional amenities include FAT Lynx timing, and a Daktronics scoreboard that displays eight lines (place, name, school, and time/distance).
Meet entries will only be accepted via the Direct Athletics Web Site. Entries will be accepted from Thursday April 19th thru Wednesday April 25th at 11:59pm. Final scratches are due Thursday 4:00p.m. All scratches must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. No additions or entries on the day of the meet will be accepted, so please enter athletes only in the events in which they plan to compete. All athletes must be college age or older, no high school athletes.
Invited Teams – Entry fees are $15.00 per athlete and $20.00 per relay team. The maximum fee for registered teams is $200 per team. Men’s and Women’s teams are considered separate teams. Please make checks payable to Lane Community College Athletics. Pay at packet pick-up.
Individual and Club Athletes must pay online during the registration process at www.directathletics.com. NO REFUNDS. All athletes must be college age or older, no high school athletes.
All implements must be weighed in on Friday between 2:00pm-4:00pm. In the track shed.
Athletes will report to the field event areas no later than 15 minutes before competition. Athletes in the throws and horizontal jumps will have three preliminary attempts, with the top-8 performers advancing for three attempts in the finals. All efforts will be measured.
Competitors should report to the clerking area at least 30 minutes before event start time. Heats and lane assignments will be determined by entry times. All athletes must run in their assigned heats/lanes. Absolutely no exceptions. The clerking tent will be located near the southwest corner of the track shed.
Results will be posted as they become available. Results will also be posted at www.lanetitans.net.
Dressing room and shower facilities are available in building #5, just south of the track. Athletes must supply their own towels.

The facility allows 1/4-inch spike maximum for the running track surface. Exceptions: 3/8-inch allowed for javelin and high jump aprons.
