Shayla Noil is a sophomore sprinter from Grant High School and Metairie, La. Noil is the school record holder in the 200-meters with a time of 24.69 seconds in 2018. She is the sixth fastest 100-meter athlete in school history with a 12.08 second time during the 2018 season and she was a part of the fourth fastest 4x400-meter relay team in school history, 3:54.05 time in 2018.
At the NWAC Track and Field Championships on Monday and Tuesday, Noil helped lead the "Lady Titans" with 23 points. She scored eight points and finished second in the 100-meters with a 12.26 second time…she added ten points with a win in the 200-meter final with a time of 25.31…added 2.5 more as the Titans took the 4x100-meter relay win in 48.29 seconds…and 2.5 with a 4x400-meter relay winning time of 4:04.83.
