Carrillo’s prowess behind arc not enough for Lane

LAKEWOOD, Wash. — Taeli Carrillo hit 8 of 12 three-point attempts in posting 26 points and eight rebounds, but the Lane Community College women let a fourth-quarter lead slip away against Columbia Basin in an 82-78 loss for fourth place of the Pierce College Tournament Sunday.

Sarah Hall added 20 points and six rebounds off the bench for the Titans (5-2), and Meagan Briggs had 10 points and six rebounds. Columbia Basin (6-2) was led by Catherine Baham (23 points).
