Comeback carries Lane to spli

LONGVIEW, Wash. — Lane rallied for three runs in the top of the sixth inning to down Lower Columbia 3-2 in a nonconference baseball game Friday.

Lane lost the second game of the doubleheader 6-2.

Thomas Rudinsky stroked a two-run single and Junny McDonals followed with a run-scoring hit in the key inning for the Titans (1-3). Rudinsky and Logan Zozaya each had two hits for Lane.

Riley Howard pitched 2 1/3 innings to earn the win and Aaron Hutchinson tossed the final two innings of hitless ball for the save.
