Lane men run record to 2-0
The Lane men’s basketball team improved to 2-0 with an 85-66 win over the Willamette JV on Monday.
Keaton McKay had a game-high 23 points for the Titans, who had five players score in double figures.
Patrick Goodard and Keiron Goodwin each had 14 points for Lane, which trailed 36-33 at halftime but outscored the Bearcats, 52-30, in the second half.
Gabe Sorber and Tayler Marteliz added 10 points apiece for Lane. Goodwin and Marteliz each grabbed eight rebounds, and Marteliz handed out nine assists.
