Lane sweeps Clark in volleyball to grab a share of second

VANCOUVER, Wash. — Lane climbed into second place with Clark by defeating the host Penguins in a Northwest Athletic Association volleyball match Wednesday.

The Titans (16-16, 6-4 NWAC South) won 28-26, 25-17, 25-21 as Saige Brashears finished with eight kills and Kennedy James added seven. Sierra Westling had 14 assists and Stacie Panther had 15 digs for Lane. Kayla McLoughlin had nine kills for Clark (15-17, 6-4).
