Seaman, Sattley lead Lane at Linfield meet

McMINNVILLE — Madison Seaman and Alex Sattley each won two events for Lane on Saturday at the Jen Boyman Invitational track and field meet at Linfield College.

Seaman won the women’s discus with a mark of 135 feet, 7 inches, and she also won the shot put (38-0). Sattley won the men’s long jump (21-9 1/2) and triple jump (45-8).

Sean McGetrick won the men’s 110-meter hurdles in 15.54 seconds, and Trever Walker was the men’s shot put winner at 49-1 3/4.

Dakarai Hightower cleared 6-8 in the high jump to win as well for the Titans.

Macaulay Wilson was the women’s 800-meter winner for the Titans. She crossed the line in 2:20.04. Lane’s 4x100 relay team also won.

New Hope Christian’s Taya Harbick was second in the women’s steeplechase.

Northwest Christian’s Katie Brandt finished sixth in the women’s 400.
