EUGENE, OR -- The Titans and Tritons entered Sunday's matchup very familiar with one another. On Saturday, the Titans won both games and hoped to complete the sweep - which seemed like a possibility after they won Sunday's first game, 3-2.

In the second game on Sunday, Edmonds jumped ahead quickly and scored 2 runs in the 1st inning. They would score three more in the 5th inning and add another in the 7th.

Lane found it difficult to muster any offense until the 8th inning when they scored four runs and cut the lead to two with one last chance to complete the comeback - and the series sweep. After Sebastian Contreras flew out to lead the bottom of the 9th inning, Quinton Olson singled to right field and advanced to second base after a hit from Austin Takahashi. Peyton Tyner followed with a single down the left field line that advanced Olson to third, but Cody Roletto couldn't keep the ball in play and the Tritons won, 6-4.

UP NEXT: Lane will play another four-games series vs. Spokane on Feb. 21-22. Games each day are scheduled for 12 p.m. and 3 p.m.
