EUGENE, OR -- On Wednesday, April 8, the Lane Titans baseball team will play a doubleheader against the Southwestern Oregon Lakers in Eugene starting at 1 p.m. Wednesday's games are the first half of a four-games series (two home, two away) that will be completed on Saturday, April 11 in Coos Bay, OR.

The Titans and Lakers are familiar with each other as they played a two-game series on March 5 (both Titan wins).

Lane is entering Wednesday's doubleheader with three wins and one loss against the Clark Penguins. The Lakers had similar results against the Chemeketa Storm in their four-game series.

First pitch is scheduled for 1 p.m. and the second game will start approximately 30 minutes after the final out in Game 1.
