The Lane Titans Men's Soccer team remained unbeaten in the 2025 season after a win over Portland Saturday afternoon.
The Titans offense continued to roll as they prevailed over the Panthers 4-1.
Griffin Rea started the scoring early, capitlizing on a penalty kick in the 7th minute.
Freshman Noah Onier followed quickly with a perfect strike in the corner of the goal to push the lead to 2-0 in the 16th minute.
The Titans took a few more shots on goal but were unable to convert, going into the half still up 2-0.
It did not take long in the second half for the Titans to pad their lead off of a Zac Walker goal in the 48th minute.
The Panthers answered quickly, however, and soon found themselves battling down 3-1 after a goal by Otto Pasley.
The Titans fought off the comeback efforts and sealed the win with a goal by Jacobo Contreras Benitez and ended up taking the match 4-1.
Lane is now 4-0-1 on the season with a match against Klamath on Wednesday afternoon.
