The Lane Titans Women's Basketball team beat the Linn-Benton Roadrunners 68-45 for their 36th straight win, dating back to last season.

In what ended up being a low-scoring affair, the Titans controlled the game early on and did not let up.

After the Roadrunners took a 4-2 lead early, the Titans answered with a 18-4 run to end the quarter with a 20-8 lead.

The Titans continued to control in the second quarter, taking their largest lead of the half into the break, leading 42-19.

Lillee Duffin ended the half with a double-double with 11 points and 12 rebounds.

Micah Wicks continued her streak of excellent play with 11 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists.

The scoring slowed in the second half, but the Titans kept the Roadrunners at bay the rest of the game before eventually emerging victorious with a final of 68-45.

This win puts the Titans at 23-0 on the year and 10-0 in league play, good for first in the Southern Region.

The Titans will travel to Portland on Saturday to take on playoff hopefuls, the Portland Panthers.
