Titans Start Strong in Cross Country Opener
ESTACADA, Ore.  – The Lane men's cross country team started off their 2025 season on Friday with a 6th place showing, running a 5000m race at McIver Park, hosted by Lewis & Clark College.  
 
"We had a great season opener," said Head Coach Chris Yorges. "We're excited to see how much we can grow and improve as a team ."
 
In a race loaded with NCAA Division I programs, the Titans were led by Andrew Rush in 13th followed closely in 18th by Conner Lamb.
 
Jeyder Sosa was 38th followed closely by teammate Adam Radabaugh in 43rd.
 
Hestin Estrada completed the scoring for the team finishing in 76th, he was followed by teammates Robbie Johnston 83rd, Taylor Harper 104th and Matthew McChesney 108th. 
 
Up next for Lane will be Western Oregon University's Ash Creek Collegiate, taking place on September 12th at the Ash Creek Preserve in Monmouth.
