EUGENE, OR -- Lane came up just short in a 79–75 loss to Clackamas on Saturday afternoon in Eugene. The Titans trailed 41–36 at halftime but rallied in the second half, outscoring the Cougars 39–38 behind improved shooting and aggressive play.
Sophomore Joey Banry led Lane with 17 points, while freshman Nathan Stiffler added 17 on an efficient 6-of-7 shooting, including 2 three-pointers. Lane shot 54% in the second half and finished 40% from beyond the arc.
