The 3-time defending NWAC champions, the undefeated Roadrunners of Linn-Benton continued their dominance today in a win over the Lane Titans.

The Titans, coming into today's match with a record of 1-11, have been competitive but have been unable to find a win in the last few weeks.

Coming out of the gate not ready to give in to their opponent, the Titans remained within striking distance of the Roadrunners but were unable to find the run they needed, dropping the first set 25-21.

The second set was more of the same, with the Titans remaining close until a late run gave the Roadrunners a 25-17 win.

The Titans came out with something to prove in the third, holding a 5 point lead late, but the champions were able to close the Titans out 25-22 and take the match in three sets.

The loss puts the Titans at 1-12 on the season and desperate to pick up victories to close the season out. They host the Chemeketa Storm on Wednesday.
